Houston Food Bank Rebrand
The Houston Food Bank rebrand establishes a new graphic identity based off the existing branding of HFB. This rebrand focuses on creating a unified look through a new pattern, and fun shapes.
The rebrand for Houston Food Bank starts with their new logo. The iconic apple now becomes the H in Houston, and the typeface reflects the updated brand as well.
The rebrand focuses on creating a bright, happy, and inviting look and feel. The updated brand has softer colors, new stylized icons, and a fun pattern made from the letters of the word “Houston“.
A series of new graphics were created within the new guidelines, using the new colors, patterns, symbols, and photo treatment. These images are for HFB’s new pull-up banners.
New environmental graphics were created with this rebrand as well - this design is for the main staircase. This installation uses the new pattern as well as icons of food to share HFB’s message of providing resources to Houston.
A giftbox of branded materials was developed to send to big donors in an effort to encourage them to donate again. This care package includes postcards, HFB gag-glasses, a zen puzzle made of the new pattern, and a hand-made HFB grocery bag.
